Greater Seattle Multi-Family

We seek to acquire and develop multi-family properties in the greater Seattle metropolitan area. Our goal is to build a portfolio of 2500-3000 apartment homes over the next several years in attractive Urban Village locations with the intent of owning these for an extended duration.

R&D Industrial

We own [54] single story and [7] two-story research and development (R&D) buildings in the Silicon Valley comprising 2.4 million square feet on 170 acres of land. We hope to add to this portfolio over the next several years with the goal of becoming the dominant owner of this type of high-quality, well-located R&D property in the Silicon Valley.

In all of the above, the typical transaction size is $10 million to $150 million.
